What is HYROX ?
HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
Functional workout stations:
1. 1000m SkiErg
2. 50m Sled Push
3. 50m Sled Pull
4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
5. 1000m Row
6. 200m Farmers Walks
7. 100m Sandbag Lunges
8. 75 or 100 Wall Balls
